Frédéric has worked for Serimax since 1996. He started with the company as a welding engineer on projects in North Sea and Africa. In 1998 he managed the first offshore projects outside our mother company ETPM (now Subsea 7) as Pescada for Conduto in Brazil and Resak for TL Offshore in Malaysia.
In 2003, Frédéric took on full responsibility for all marine operations, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2009. In 2011, Frédéric became Managing Director of Serimax.
Stephane graduated from EDHEC management school and joined Serimer, as Regional Controller for EMEA/CIS region iIn 2005, after 10 years of accounting & finance experience in the industry sector (Sommer Allibert and Materis).
Stephane was promoted Controller for Serimax Group in 2008 and went on in 2012 to become VP Finance.
Kenny is originally from Aberdeen Scotland and began his career in NDT, welding and fabrication in 1978. He graduated in Project Management (MCs) at Aberdeen University before relocating to the Middle East with Halliburton in 1996.
An industry veteran with more than 28 years experience in the oil and gas sector and spent 10 years in the Asia Pacific Region, prior to joining Serimax in December 2008, as Vice President of the EMEA/CIS Region. In November 2009, he was promoted to Vice President, Sales & Marketing, to help drive sustainable growth and internationalisation at group level.
Helen is a seasoned HSE professional holding her Chartered membership to IOSH and IIRSM and is a member of the Serimax senior management team.
Helen joined Serimax in August 2006 following her role as Regional HSE Manager for EAFSU with Bredero Shaw. She has a clear directive to lead the business through a step change with our HSE performance and more recently this has extended into taking ownership and leadership of business quality and security.
Helen has generated a number of initiatives supported by senior management and cascaded for regional implementation and engagement helping to deliver a significant and sustainable improvement in our HSEQS performance.
Stéphane joined Serimer in 1996 as a Cost Estimating Engineer, and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2002. He has supervised a series of major projects primarily in South East Asia.
Since January 2007, Stéphane has managed the Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore, covering all aspects of the business from sales to operations, internal logistics and client relationships.
In July 2013, Stephane was promoted VP Operation and in January 2014, VP Technology for Serimax, based in Paris.
Dave has over 30 years experience in the welding, construction and fabrication. He first joined the pipeline industry in 1989 with Umax, and has subsequently fulfilled a variety of roles, prior to taking the position of VP Operations for Serimax based in Paris.
In 2013, Dave was appointed Vice President for Serimax Northern Europe and Scandinavia based in Evanton, Scotland.
Dave's experience includes some of the most challenging welding projects worldwide, and he overseen many projects that have delivered against the stringent requirements of deep water environments.He used his experience to promote operational excellence throughout the company and across all aspects of HSE.
Cyril joined Serimax in 2002 as a Research and Development Welding Engineer before his focus changed to supporting the commercial and estimating team in EMEA/CIS. During his time in EMEA/CIS, Cyril also worked as a field Welding Engineer, assigned to projects in Africa, the North Sea, and the United States of America, sharing his experience between Onshore, Offshore and Spool Base operations.
Cyril relocated to the United States of America in 2004 as a Project Manager where he had responsibility for the planning, management and execution of onshore, offshore and fabrication projects, before accepting the role of Regional Operations Manager in 2010 where additional responsibilities included all operational activities and supply chain. He was promoted in February 2012 to the position of Regional Manager for Central and North America.
Mickaël Dolou was promoted to Vice President of Serimax Value offer and Contracting in February 2015. Prior to his current role, Mickael served as Regional Manager for Serimax South America and before that as Legal Director for the company.
Mickaël has experience working in US, Brasil and France. His career has spanned legal, business development and management roles within the oil and gas sector, both for Serimax as well as previously while working for EPCI contractors.
He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Masters of Law degree from the University of Tours, France, where he completed his international business law studies. Mickaël is also tutelar of a professor rank in the Filipino indigenous fighting art of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali.
Edern joined Serimax in 2005 as a welding engineer on Kizomba SCR project in Angola. During his time in EMEA/CIS, Edern was assigned as field Welding Engineer, on several projects in Africa, the North Sea, and Asia, sharing his experience between Yard, Offshore and Spool Base operations.
Edern relocated to Singapore In March 2007, as Project Engineer for Swiber Offshore, TL Offshore and SapuraAcergy where he had responsibility for the planning, management and execution of projects. In 2010 Edern took on responsibility of Asia Pacific Operations.
Starting 1st August 2013, Edern was promoted as Regional Manager of Asia Pacific.
Guillaume started his career in 1997 with Bouygues Offshore (Saipem), as welding engineer, in charge of development & on field deployment of automatic pipeline and LNG tanks welding solutions.
In 2001, he took the position of Energy Market manager within Air Liquide Welding in charge of the technical and commercial development of the group on the energy sector (Offshore, Petrochemical, Nuclear, Renewable...)
Guillaume joined Serimax in 2006 as RD welding manager and in 2011 took the responsibility of Technology, RD & Innovation Manager.
February 2014, Guillaume has been promoted Vice President of the EMEA/CIS region based in Mitry-Mory.
Les is a Chartered Engineer with more than 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry. In that time, Les has managed a range of projects both in the UK and abroad including Norway and the Gulf of Mexico. Significantly, many of these projects have involved the installation of pipelines in deep and ultra deep waters.
In 2011, Les was appointed Regional Manager for Serimax Nothern Europe and Scandinavia based in Evanton, Scotland.
In 2014, Les was promoted to VP of Serimax FJC Ltd and will support this new service provided by Serimax.
